Lovely staff & perfect location
I had a fantastic stay at Green Diamond Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore all the sights in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I especially enjoyed the powerful shower and the bonus of a wet room. Although the rooms were basic and a little worn in places, the overall experience was excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget looking for a great stay in Hanoi. I had a wonderful time at Green Diamond Hotel.

The best feature location, just 3 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake and some steps to night market where you can spend free time to visit. Clean room with enough space to stay some nights before joining Halong bay and Sapa tour. Friendly staff to make this hotel warmly like home and special complimentary hot coffee juice all day. The breakfast is order with hot food both Vietnam foods and western foods
